By browsing this website and placing an order you agree to the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and it is advised you read them before making any purchases.
All goods remain the property of Paul Burgess until payment is made in full.
Orders
Orders can be cancelled before the dispatch date and a full refund will be offered unless an alternative purchase is arranged. Once the order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and the returns policy will apply.
Once an order has been placed an automated confirmation email is sent. A following notification email will be sent on the day of dispatch
Payment & Delivery
Delivery in the UK is free.
Overseas shipping costs will vary according to the country zone and must be agreed upon before an order can be dispatched.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, or PayPal, which is one of the safest ways to buy online. Payments can be made via PayPal`s secure online facility. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit/debit card via PayPal
.
Limited edition & Open Edition prints: Will generally be packaged flat (unless otherwise agreed) with a protective inner sleeve and dispatched within five working days after receipt of payment in full (we reserve the right to extend this period for a further five working days if necessary).
Each print will have approximately 1" of white border, however this may vary depending on the printing process.
Original and print sizes stated may be approximate.
Original Artworks: Will be dispatched by 24 or 48 hour recorded delivery within 10 working days (unless otherwise agreed) after receipt of payment in full.
Commissions: A deposit of 50% of the agreed price will be required before work on commissions is started, with the remaining 50% to be paid on completion of the work. The finished.
commissions will be dispatched by next day recorded delivery within 10 working days after receipt of the final payment.
Commissioned artwork deposits are non-refundable
Returns policy
Our Returns Policy is in accordance with United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations.
Order Cancellation:
This clause does not apply to Commissioned Artwork. (see commissions above).
If you have a problem or are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us via the contact page and we will make every effort to offer a resolution. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing before the day of dispatch or within fourteen days after receiving the artworks. If the artworks have already been dispatched then you are responsible for returning them.
Artworks must be returned in the original packaging and with all relevant documentation within fourteen days and must be in the original undamaged condition for a full refund to be made. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any returned artwork is packaged securely.
A returns address will be supplied with the artwork.
Commissioned Artwork:
Acceptance of commission work is confirmed via email after receipt of photographic images. If the finished commissions are received and reflect the images and the artworks are undamaged then no refund will be offered. If you require any subsequent changes to be made to the artworks, then you will be responsible for all postage costs incurred after the first delivery of the goods.
Damaged Artwork
All artworks are dispatched by recorded delivery. On receipt, if the Artworks are damaged in any way, you must contact us immediately. We will ask for photographic evidence and for the damaged artworks to be returned in the original packaging. A full refund will be offered two days after we receive the damaged artworks.
Website Updates
We will endeavour to keep this website up to date on a day to day basis. However, mistakes are always possible, therefore we do not guarantee that the content of this site will be free from errors or omissions.
All images on this site are accurate representations of the originals and prints. We do not take responsibility for any variations in colour due to customers computer or device settings.
Unless a prior agreement is made we reserve the right to post images of finished commissioned artworks on this website and on social media pages at our discretion.
Privacy
Your privacy is protected at all times. Your details will never be passed on to an unsolicited third party and will only be stored by us for contacting you about any order you may place with us. We do not store any of your banking details as payment is made via PayPal`s secure online payment facility. Please refer to the PayPal website for further information
Copyright
All copyright rests with Paul Burgess even after ownership of artworks, including commissions, has been transferred to the customer. We reserve the right to produce prints and other merchandise of Paul Burgess artworks unless a written exclusivity agreement has been made.
Copyright of all goods purchased, including Original Artwork and Commissioned Artwork and all images and text on this website remains with Paul Burgess.
